Thank you for your interest in the MVBN Incident Notification Service. This form will allow you to subscribe to the service and have your notifications start within 24 hours. We will need to receive receipt of the payment before the service will start. If you would like to register online but mail a check or money order, please indicate this in the form. If you have questions please don't hesitate to e-mail us or call the Hotline.
 

 
We have divided the State into 6 Regions. Please select the regions that you would like to receive. You may also add individual counties if you prefer. We also offer incident notifications to the border counties in Kentucky, Indiana, and Pennsylvania.

You may also receive incident notifications from Buffalo,NY area and National Pages.

During the registration please indicate Day (0700-2200) or Night (2200-0700) or Both.

You will also choose Fire / EMS / Police (May choose any combination)
